    I’ve just seen this, Mikey – I should have looked harder before I stuck something up in the ‘press bin’ section! There was a great bit last night when Rob was catching Steve on the return half and I was passing them on the way out, three FWCC riders in full flight. Don’t know how to take down the bit I’ve written, sorry!

    Is there any mileage in promoting areas of the club that appear to be under represented? For example, subsidising race entries for younger riders/women’s races? I think anything that makes FWCC more visible is good so like the subsidised kit idea, also FWCC branded casual wear (hoodies, t shirts, etc.)

    I’ve just had a look back at this Mikey – apologies for getting your surname wrong! My friend Mike Devlin (of Aviemore Bikes) stayed over last night so I guess I was just still in that mode when I wrote this up this morning – at least I didn’t credit him with a new best performance!

    something strange about those results though, Allan – no JWCC riders mentioned yet they took 3rd team prize
