    hi all

Looks like sun trying to come out however still grey clouds around. I’m up for a wee ride if others are,0 with the expectation I might get wet. If it’s really bad we could have a very short ride.

Alastair you do know it’s a recovery run averaging about 16 mph? 😂
Lots of opportunities for chit chat and banter.

Route planned for tonight, heading south – weather looks ok, maybe drizzle depending on what forecast you look at, so I’m planning being there. If weather takes a turn for worse I will review and post on here but for now ride on.

    Hi All

Forecast looking good for tonight – sunshine, not windy, just making double figures temperature wise according to Met Office. Route planned 24 miles approx. meet at Gailes 7pm.

    See you all later.

Great to be out again yesterday and catch up with folk. The 2 groups worked well as did coffee at wind farm. Great blast down the road to Kilmaurs.

Thanks Mikey, Gailes start it will be. Like many who have posted if it’s pouring down I’m not going either. 🙂

There will be no KOMs etc, I’m leading it so it will be a slow as I am going and that will be recover run pace slow.

Any suggestions for a route more than welcome.

I wasn’t expecting this much response. I’ll check forecast for next week and if not monsoon organise something for Tuesday – say 20/25 miles recovery ride pace.

Are we now meeting at Drybridge instead of Gailes?

    Hi Gordon

Thanks for organising last night. It was good to see so many names and ‘cycling’ with them.

I agree you shouldn’t wait on folk at the back, if we are dropped we can hopefully just form our own we groups, however it was good when Mikey, Del and Kerry caught up allowing me to draft them to the finish. 🙂

I hope we can make this a regular meet up.
