It should also be said this is open to all, not just the people taking part in the Chase the Sun ride.
If you can only do one or two rides just dip in and out as it suites.

Club gazebo will be up and if it’s cold we can use the BBQ hut.
Hot drinks and bananas will be provided.
For all other food bring your own as you would on the day.
A change of clothes is also a good idea, especially if you plan to do all three rides.

As the start is early can you please be considerate for my neighbours as they will still be sleeping.

If you could also give an idea of attendance especially the first ride so we know who to expect.

Another possibility is something that has also been mentioned before.
Club cameras to video club rides.
I know there are lots of different types and can be expensive for good quality ones.

Yes, I echo the club clothing is a good idea.
It’s an ideal way of contributing to all members plus the added benefit of getting the club more exposure.

Away days contribution are also good options.
My only concern would be some member’s due to family constraints might not benefit, but won’t always find something for everyone.
