Fullarton Wheelers had two riders out in the Pennyglen Hilly TT on 18th August. Charlie Nunn, in her first open event, recorded a time of 49.18 on the tough 15 mile course for an average speed of 18.256 mph. Some more experience and a functioning freehub can only guarantee future improvement! Darren Kean finished 5th overall in 36.56 with an average speed of just under 25 mph despite a repeat of his chain coming off mid-race. As someone remarked earlier, he needs to have a word with his mechanic.
